Freelance Brand Design for Competitive Jersey

National Beach Frisbee Team

My influencer sister's ultimate frisbee team commissioned me in 2020 and 2022 to design their competitive jerseys when they flew to Amsterdam for Windmill, the biggest annual frisbee tournament (aside from the Olympics). It was THE tournament for all frisbee sportsmen, and the jerseys had to stand out against the world's representatives.

With their batik theme in mind, I designed their entire jersey set (Shorts, Tank Top, Shirt, Hoodie) for 2 years. I also designed their logo and came up with so many iterations I became dizzy. People who joined the team late sulked about not being able to get their own set.

The proudest moment I had came when the Europeans and Americans were fighting over the jerseys when they did jersey exchange at Amsterdam as part of communal night. Most were disappointed, because they were way too big for the smaller Asian sized jerseys. A pity, but it was the thought that counted.
